Refund Policy

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please notify Octo Music Studio at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson begins if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives us time to offer the appointment to another student.

With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule to an available time. If you have paid for the lesson and choose not to reschedule, you may request a refund for that unused lesson.

Missed lessons and unused paid lessons

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your lesson without notice, the lesson is forfeited. A forfeited paid lesson is not eligible for a refund or rescheduling credit.

If you decide to stop taking lessons, you may request a refund for paid lessons you have not taken, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice before any scheduled lesson being canceled. Lessons already taken or forfeited under the late-cancellation rule are not refundable under this policy.

How to request a change or refund

To request a cancellation, rescheduling, or refund, contact Octo Music Studio at rctf44@gmail.com or (904) 419-9816. Include the student’s name and the date and time of the affected lesson. A parent or guardian should make requests for a child.
